I think everyone should read this before criticizing "Worse is Better". Richard can't decide for himself and at the end he himself has said to decide for yourself. This is a link from his website

Actually, your article shows that ... worse is better, since the quick and dirty "worse" slogan "worse is better" won against "better" ones such as "better depends on your goodness metric"...

Joke notwithstanding, insightful post anyways.
