Bill, fair enough -- I appreciate your efforts, and Greg's for that matter. I know this has probably turned into a huge time-sink in some ways, but having the transparency is important. Personally, I'm not interested in any refund (of course, I was a Kickstarted funder, so I'd have to work that out with Greg anyway). I just really, really want to read this book in a finalized form. I was lucky enough to, at least briefly, be involved with some of the review process Greg did a while back and I was very excited by what I saw and learned in the process. I know the prePrint has been available for a while, but I've put off reading more given the time commitment for learning this material in-depth. I'd rather wait for something more complete before doing that. Hence, my own reasons for constantly requesting updates are borne from pure excitement about having the book in my hands one day down the road. I'll pass it on myself, should the chance arise, but please, if you talk to Greg again in the near future, let him know that at least some of our frustration is not about the (apparent) lack of progress, but about our desire to consume what he's been teasing us with for so long. That's my reason, anyway, I don't know about the others.
