Hi Mikhail,

You can download the latest by logging into the the Artima account with which you purchased the book. Click on Your Settings in the upper right hand corner of the Artima.com home page. On that page you'll see a link you can click on to download the latest version.

The book should have been ready for october 31th. Any idea of the real date?

Yeah, I have been waiting for years ... The progress on this book has been minimal all along.

Unless you know about some upcoming updates, I would like the refund.

I have just purchased this book and noticed there has not been any update in over 7 months.

Frankly, I was expecting the book to be more complete considering how long it is in the making and the estimated publication date being "October 31, 2013".

Are updates coming anytime soon?

Very sorry about that. Progress has been slow indeed. It didn't occur to me that someone wouldn't know that before buying. I will update the site and possibly take it down until we make more progress. It is still in progress. I am happy to give you a refund if you prefer. I'll follow up via email.

I just wish you could update the book page with the current ETA on the publication date and provide us an ETA on the next update.
