Java.exe - Application Error

Please help.

When I try to run an application for creating an XML file,
I get an application error that reads as follows:

Java.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x05b2949" referenced memory at "0x7252800a". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the application
Click on CANCEL to debug the application.
"

The memory addresses mentioned above keep changing for each run and at times, instead of "written" it shows "read"!

I am not able to find the origin(reason) of the error.
Are such errors a result of system's memory problem? Or the error in the program?

Please help me...
