custom HTML/XML editors

XML Editor

I am have a need to write a small tool that works as a editor for my own XML Tag Language. Something similar to HTML but with some extra flexibilities.

I would like to learn more about writing Interactive editors. It would be nice if u could help me with code samples, or relevant links in VC++ or any other good evironoment.

Surprisingly, there seems to be less info on editors. Please Help.
