How to call a *.hlp file from within a Java Application

Hello ppl,

I have one doubt..I have created one Java Frame and i have a menubar on it..I have a help menu on that bar...having a help item in it..

now my doubt is that...on clicking this help item...i want to call a *.hlp file say for eg:- mobileip.hlp

so how can i go about doing this..
