JList distances...

I want to create a JList with Swing and
my list - elements consist of three Strings, which
difer in length() ;).

I want them to be placed right above one another like
1 12.12 23
22 12.122 24
133 11.1 25

so i create a new String, calculate the spaces and add
the whole element to my list.
And now the problem: I don't get the distances right,
they always lack the match a tiny bit.

I appreciate any advice,
