Posted by senthil on May 28, 2001 at 3:07 PM

is Runtime class an Abstract class?
the method gc() in the runtime class i abstract?

Since an abstract class should have atleast one abstract method?
why cant we say runtime class as abstract class?
Even
totalmemory();
freememory(); are abstract classes in the Runtime class?
anyone as an explanation for this?
