Problem in importing user defined packages

i am facing a problem in importing my user-defined packages. My directory structure is as follows:-

|----pkg1 (contains SUPERCLASS)
root --
|----pkg2 (contains SUBCLASS which extends SUPERCLASS in pkg1)

Now i want to run SUBCLASS being in directory or package "pkg2"

please tell me

1) What classpath i should set?
2) Tell me the Package statements for both the classes
3) Also tell me the commands to run subclass being in pkg2
