Help Required on JSDK2.1

hi there.............i have installed jsdk2.1 in my computer.........i have jdk1.2 working under windows 98...........i am unable to run the servlet programs although i can compile the same using jsdk2.1 kit.................there is no servletrunner.exe and jsdk.jar instead there are startserver.bat, stopserver.bat,server.jar, servlet.jar............also when i copied my programs ie the class and java source files into the directory where the examples were located (incidentally they were executing fine) and inserted a link in the index.html file to my servlet file then ie5.0 gave an error403 saying that i did not have the privilges to open that file...........please help...........Kartick Shankar
