Hello Sir
This is Vikas Manghani. I am currently in my final year of Information Technology Engineering in Thadomal Shahani Engg College, Mumbai,India. 3 of my classmates and me are doing a project as a part of our curriculum which is titled "Facial Analysis and Criminal Identification system". Its basically building a the criminals face to aid law enforcers to apprehend criminals on the basis of descriptions given by eye witnesses.
The problem is that we are not able to decide whether this is possible using Java or not.If it is which API do we use. If not, could you suggest some other language. Thanks anyway
