Servlet's parameter

I'm new in Java. In my program servlet accepts as a parameter the value: http://www.servletforum.com/MyServlet?MyParameter=1. When I run above line everything works fine. But running http://www.servletforum.com/MyServlet?MyParameter=2 right after that works as if I run line with MyParameter=1. And only after refreshing my browser I'm getting the correct result(with MyParameter=2)
Any help would be appreciated
