Pop Server autherntication

Using outlook express to retrieve yahoo mail. Used it for a day with no problem even sent letter from another account to make sure I could retrieve them. But today it gives me the messgae
"yahoo.com closing transmission channel. You must be pop-authenticated before you can use this smtp server, and you must use your yahoo mail address for the Sender/From field."
Please help
