Message:
I have a java applet that I created and signed using Verisign. Users can request reports to be generated which means the applet must write a file to their workstations. For some users, they do not receive the "Java Plug-in Security Warning" window where they can choose 'Grant this Session', 'Deny', or 'Grant always.' Thus, they are never able to use the application. When I check the Java Plug-in Properties screen in Control Panel, the certificate is not shown as it is for users who were able to select 'Grant Always.' Anyone have any ideas at all?
