email address book temporarily out of service, PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi, I am having the same problems. I can get into email just fine but when I get ready to use my address book to insert addresses it says temporarily out of service (now going on about 3 weeks). It then will give me a message error. I have two accounts with yahoo & they both are doing this. If you have any suggestions please let me know. It's really frustrating because I can't send what I need to by inserting my addresses from my address book.
