trouble wit yahoo profiles

I recently started having trouble with yahoo profiles. When i click to open a member profile it dont open. When i click to start something else or a long time later the profile will open as many times as i had clicked on it to open. I uninstalled and reinstall numerous times to no avail. It's not the pc cu a few other users have same problen. please email me if you have a solution thank you jdurr3@aol.com
