I need a program(Java-Swing) that uses the WinNT command 'net send'(winpopup/net send) to send instant messages to my co-workers(Nt-Lan). Is there a way that I can interface with the WinNT messaging. Portable, noninstallable "application" (JFrame.)Like:

Input IP: _______//Text

Message:_______//List (Enter)
