How do I get it to stop booting me off of yahoo when ever I want to view my offline messages?

When ever I get an offline message yahoo kicks me off having this box come up and say something about an illegal action has been performed and that they need to close the program. It also said that if the problem persists contact your program vender. What do I do and how do I get it to let me see my offline messages?
