How to load a new JApplet from another one ?

Hello, everyone, I am a newbie to Java, I hope some of you out there can help me out here.
I am having trouble (actually, I don't know how) loading a new
JApplet once a button is clicked in another JApplet.
I know how to set up the first JApplet on the web, but when it comes to click button. I don't know how to loading the second JApplet. and I would like the JApplet to be on top of the old one, like covering it up. Anyway to do that? pls .. this is very
urgent. (It will be very nice of you if you can reply the answer to my mail)
