measure cpu usage of JVM by java

Hi:
The following code will tell you the memory usage of JVM, is there any
similar java Runtime method can tell you cpu usage of JVM ?
Runtime r = Runtime.getRuntime();
long freemem=r.freeMemory();
long totalmem= r.totalMemory();
long cpuload = totalmem-freemem
