At least 2.5 years of hardcore coding--experience in developing middle tiers of n-tier applications using either Pure Java/EJB or C++. Experience in CORBA will be an advantage

Very sound understanding of OO principles

If the candidate has experienced only one of the two streams (Java and C++), s/he will be expected to work on both. Candidate should demonstrate strong fundamentals and capability to switch between the two.

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:
* RMI, JMS, JDBC implementation
* Developing EJBs for Web Logic
* Experience of developing products
* Working with OLAP tools o
* JSP, HTML, DHTML
* Coding experience of MVC patterns
* Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
