Why don't you do it yourself?

I don't know of any free programs that'll do that. Try searching on google, or some of the more common download sites (ie, Tucows, FreeDownloadsCenter, CNET Downloads, ZDNET, etc.). You could also give it a try yourself. It isn't too hard. If you're trying it yourself and you're stuck, post what you've done so far and what you want to do (ie, the Java and UML code), and someone should be able to help.
