Missing D32-FW.dll file

I knew it was Yahoo that was the culprit causing me computer to freeze up. I uninstalled it almost 24 hours ago. Why did it take until now to show that I had a missing D32-FW.dll file. If anyone can help me fix this problem, it would be appreciated.
