How can we write a class in Java(not in c++) so that from that
we can restrict user to execute a particular method of that class
only once and not more than that and also we have to make ensure
that no body can change this routine by making change in the other
methods of the same class, i.e. that method should handle this routine
by himself, changes made in the rest part of the class doesn't effect
it's routine.
