Maybe you need a .policy file

I guess you have to generate a java.policy file which grants you the required rights.
Save the following in a file called "java.policy":
grant {
permission java.net.SocketPermission "*:1024-65535", "connect, accept";
};

Then call your app with "java -Djava.security.policy=java.policy ..."
