Yes, there are many in this forum who can.

Yes, it is possible, but extremely unlikely. Your odds are better if you send the code here. Then you will get tips on any particular problems you may be having. We can help you, but we won't write the whole thing for you, because that wouldn't help you. Sure you may get a good grade on the homework, but when the test comes, you will fail miserably, because you'll have had no practice.
