hey any idea about HTML PARSING?

i am not sure about the jargons in the language but i shall let u know the problem :
i want my java programme to read a HTML file that is present in same directory . the name of the HTML file shall be passed through the command line .the html output (as we see in the IE or Netscape )should appear in the container. and then finally if i click on some link i should get the linked page in the same frame.
how this is possible .
