i have to make an application in java, but dont know how to make setup file in java, which will install all the class files , JRE if not present in the clients system, is there any tool available for this purpose.

With respect to stand-alone installers, I have had good experiences with InstallAnywhere.

If you're just getting started with the project, I would highly recommend that you do some research into Java Web Start as an alternative to a traditional installer. The constraints on your program can be limiting, but the payoffs are great at deployment time.
