I agree with ja(va) rule in that Chin can be more helpful. How does he know her circumstances...maybe she's devoted her time fully to solving the problem and can't figure it out all (an extreme-type circumstance). Anyway, if you know the answer, why not help someone who needs it. If you don't want to do the work for the person, you can describe how to solve it w/o incorporating actual code (or something similar).
