*only* the conclusion (somebody else do the explanation pls :p)

Posted by Chin Loong on October 28, 2001 at 10:03 PM

i can't explain coz i'm not really clear with the difference. i know it, but i can't really define it. perhaps i should save myself from the embarassment :p (when somebody else gives a better explaination ;))

but i could give the conclusion

if u want to keep track of a set or collection or array of objects/items
- use less vector
- use more lists (arraylist, etc etc) coz they're better than vector
- and use iterators to zoom through each element of the lists rather than a for-loop to individually access each element

cheers ;)
