Message:

Diff between Jsp and Servlet

Posted by Ramesh on September 30, 2001 at 11:47 PM

Dear Friend

In jsp u can save program in .jsp extension and save it to server then just run program and u'll get answer.

But in servlet, u have to compile the coding and move the .class file to servlet directory of server then run the program, u'll get result.

It means while running the jsp coding, system will create .java file and .class file then it will move the .class file to servlet directory then it gives output.

U can do nothing in jsp, just type the coding and run the program rest all 'll take care by system.
