For making jar exe first you have to make a manifest file containing
Manifest-Version: 1.0
Main-Class:

Created-By: 1.3(Sun Microsystems Inc.)

save it with .mf extension(e.g Mani.mf)
make a jar archieve
jar -cvfm
Type all file name with extension
