java libraries for Excel and PowerPoint

Hello, I need for my project some libraries written in Java that can save on disk files in Excel and PowerPoint formats (these files have to contain also Charts inside). My company is ready to pay the license for these libraries. Can anybody help me? If not, maybe somebody can help me with the format for Excel and PowerPoint files.
