Presentation Level

Bill,

I fully appreciate the level you are presenting at. I have 17 years of experience as a mainframe programmer and in the last 9 months I have been diving into Java and OO design and programming. I have in the past and continue to find my greatest strength to be a mastery of the basics. I continue to focus on the basics, even after 17 year, because I have found it to be the skill that separates me from the pack. The basics are full of subtleties. Clearly understanding and conveying them can be a challenge. Well done.

I will try to be more critical in the future.
