threadz... too many...

i got about 6 threadz... and i want to start them one by one... so iz there a way to do it without so many boolean and if/else stuff... and also... after the threadz the processor feelz too tired... how to free the processor from the garbage stuff...
iz the way to do it with System.gc(); ??
