The inquirer has an
article that lists all the documents with links to SCO PR on OS
systems they distributed undere full GPL knowledge with features of NUMA,
RCA, SMP, and JFS. Thus, OSDL and IBM claims of SCO Group distrubting code
under GPL is correct.
So this is the real reason they are attacking
the GPL as they have no other eveidence that supports their case. What
this means is that when IBM wins, its the very first Legal proof of GNU.
