edtFTPj is a java library to incorporate FTP functionality in your Java (Everywhere from J2SE to J2EE and J2ME) applications.
edtFTPj is Open Source, licensed under the LGPL, the GNU Lesser General Public License. This means you can freely embed edtFTPj into your commercial Java applications, subject to the normal LGPL restrictions.
Some of the featrues of this tool:
Full source code is provided. Passive and active modes are supported (PASV and PORT). Resuming of interrupted binary transfers supported. Compatible with Java 1.1.x, so can be used in applets and many handheld devices. Under the LGPL, so it can be embedded in commercial applications.
However, if you need sFTP (secure FTP) features, you need to buy the PRO software.
