Probably You have heard this a while before but just for reference: Here you can download Sun Studio Creator 2 if you are a Sun Developers Network member (registration if free AFAIR).
Personally I just wonder if they fixed the unability to compile with "-source 1.5" which was a major PITA in EA1/EA2 releases? (still downloading on my 256/128kbps adsl connection).
