The product formerly known as JetBrains Web IDE recently got a name, even 2 names, and has already reached the next step in the development cycle.

Please welcome PhpStorm & WebStorm 1.0 Beta.

The Beta brings lots of interesting features for web developers, with improvements in HTML, CSS and JavaScript editing as well as important workflow functionality such as working with remote projects over FTP/SFTP with automatic synchronization of changes.

PHP coding assistance has greatly matured since its initial introduction with IntelliJ IDEA 9.0 release last autumn. We thanks all early adopters of PhpStorm for the great feedback they have been providing.
