The call for papers for JavaOne 2012 (September 30th to October 4th, 2012 in San Francisco) has gone out. The Java tracks for 2012 are:

• Core Java Platform
• Development Tools and Techniques
  
• Emerging Languages on the JVM
  
• Enterprise Service Architectures and the Cloud
• Java EE Web Profile and Platform Technologies
• Java ME, Java Card, Embedded, and Devices
• JavaFX and Rich User Experiences
  

The closing date for submissions is at the end of April 9th, 2012 (PDT). For more information on the submission process have a look at the Call For Papers submission page. Notifications for papers accepted will be sent out at the end of May/early June.
