Fabrique is from JetBrains the creators of the highly acclaimed IntelliJ IDEA IDE for Java. It is a RAD tool for creating enterprise web applications. The underlying technology is based on J2EE but JetBrains have their own web and business login frameworks on top of it.

Fabrique will provide common features like security and user management. Plus you can stuff like discussion threads, forums, mailing with a single click. It will also take care of browser compatibility and consistent site styling.
