- The debate to revolt against England.
- The debate to get rid of slavery.
- The debate to get rid of segregation and apply civil rights (almost, see above) across the board.
These anti-same sex marriage people drive me crazy with their "it'll rip the fabric of our society apart" horse-shit. All of the above things ripped the fabric of society apart, and that was the God damn point.
