I was using ITracker for a while. It has a killer-feature in form of Eclipse plugin; but it has also a big drawback -- requirement for a fully flagged J2EE application server.
As I don't need any other application which needs such server I decided to switch to something lighther.
Things I presonally need are:
- xml-rpc/soap connectivity
- e-mail notifications
- simple statistics/reports (% of bugs open per project, % of critical bugs, etc.)
Eventum is the only candidate I have found so far but it have also a big drawback -- it is tied to MySql database, and I'm loyal PostgreSQL user.
Maybe someone out there knows some light, basic bug tracking system with those features but not tied to any particular database? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
