I'm curious what possible readers of DJL think about call/state graphs in books. Do you look at them? Find them useful? There are a couple places in the look and feel and threading chapters especially that I'm toyed with adding them. Even if they don't make it in the ERP or 1.0 versions of the book, I can always go back and add them later.
