Well, some of you already know that I've been working on getting a new book contract and this is it! I just signed with SourceBeat publishing to do a Tapestry book for them.

This book will hopefully not be too far behind a 4.0 (was 3.1) release and will walk through the building of an entire application. The application will be significantly different from my tutorials I have been writing.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of those who have gone through my tutorials and gave me the impetus to contact SourceBeat with this book idea. If they hadn't done as well I don't think I would have pushed it. I also want to apologize as this means I won't be finishing these tutorials anytime soon (conflicts with the contract I signed), I had hoped to get them finished before this came about but life intervened (I hate it when it does that). But there are plenty of other tutorials available now that hopefully will fill this void.
