This kills me.  I can buy a Twinkie at 2am, get stock quotes 24-7 - even order a Russian bride on a Sunday if I wanted to.  BUT, it's impossible to get an accurate view of my bank account from Friday afternoon until Tuesday morning.  Since banks shutdown on the weekends, most don't post their batch transactions from Friday - Monday until Monday night.

Doesn't make sense to me??  Banks are such a fundamental part of our economy - our 24/7 economy.  So why are they still stuck in weekend batch land??  You'd think they could get up to speed w/ the rest of us.

Ok, I feel better now.  Just had to rant because I can't balance my checkbook again until Tuesday. ;-)
