So after reading great things from Scott, I did the same thing with FeedBurner for me, setting up a syndication account with them.  You can now have my stuff delivered to you by subscribing to my FeedBurner feed. Since the release of Omea Pro 2 has blue-screened Vista Beta 2 3X now, I am going to take his advice and try FeedDemon as a desktop RSS Reader. I still have to figure out how to modify the site and .Text to work with this and get rid of the old syndication stuff on the left but please consider using the new one.
