.NET Developer

Required

• Ability to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work well with clients and team members
• 2+ years experience with the .NET Framework
• Experience with SQL Server or another relational database or XML/XSLT
• Specialized experience in either web or windows application development

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCAD)
• Experience with SharePoint, BizTalk, and Content Management Server
• Experience developing Microsoft Office applications
• Solid object-oriented analysis/design/programming

Senior .NET Developer

Required

• Ability to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work well with clients and team members
• 3+ years experience with the .NET Framework
• Experience with SQL Server or another relational database or XML/XSLT
• Specialized experience in either web or windows application development
• 5+ years proven object-oriented analysis/design/programming experience
• Full software development lifecycle experience
• Ability to mentor team members and clients
• Some project management experience

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Microsoft Certifications (MCAD, MCSD)
• Experience with SharePoint, BizTalk, and Content Management Server
• Experience developing Microsoft Office applications
