Yahoo Takes Top Spot From Google In Customer Satisfaction Report

The last year or so, I think Google has done too many things and a lot of those have not been very sucessful though mostly the geek crowd were drooling over anything out of Google, I think this is a clear warning to Google. Focus on stuff you are good at, improve those, and slowly move to other things.

Is this the end of Google?? Was MS Bob the end Of Microsoft?? Of course Google is now big enough to take a few hits, but then Ad revenue is also one of the foundation of its revenue stream. And Ad revenue is based purely on hits and customer perceptions. So this is important...

If the guys at Google are as smart as people make them out to be, then I am sure, they will take this warning seriously...
