GMail this and GMail that. I for one could not give up Outlook, but I would love to have Google's search power behind my email. So I was really glad to find LookOut. LookOut is great indexing add-in for Outlook which gives you almost instant access to anything and everything in OutLook. It's free while in beta, but will eventually sell for $30, which IMO is pretty cheap. In the past I really tried to keep my PST file lean, so I could find important emails, but not anymore.
